This package, by the Workers Rights Project of Yale Law School, explains the numerous legal, social, economical problems that Employer's Sanctions caused, not only in our workplaces but also in our communities: undermining Homeland Security, encouraging crime, driving down the rights of both documented and undocumented workers... Prohibiting the Employment of Unauthorized Immigrants: The Experiment Fails: Employer Sanctions was supposed to deter illegal immigration and protect American workers. It did exactly the opposite.
