REAL IMMIGRATION REFORM

This immigration debate is about the lives of all working people -- native, documented, and undocumented.  The real way to help ALL workers is to repeal employer sanctions and establish a law for all workers to have equal rights regardless of their immigration status.

We must begin by ending the criminalization of immigrant workers. We demand:

1. Repeal Employer Sanctions

2. Legislate Equal Rights for All Workers; and

3. Establish a mechanism for undocumented workers to adjust their immigration status.
